I would give it 5 stars based on function,looks and value but I am waiting to see if the initial start up requiring several attemts is just a one time deal or not.Housing gets pretty hot but handle stays cool to the touch.Seems to keep water heated for a decent time after shutting off.I like the fact that there are no bells and whistles,just an on/off switch
